Afroglam Return Policy
At Afroglam, we want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. Our return policy follows standard European fashion brand practices while respecting the uniqueness of our handmade pieces.
1. Right of Return (14 Days)
In line with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Free from stains, odours, or alterations

Returned in the original packaging where possible
We kindly ask customers to try garments carefully to preserve their condition.
3. Handmade & Limited Edition Pieces
All Afroglam garments are authentically handmade and produced in limited quantities.
For this reason, once a piece is sold out, it may not be restocked or reproduced.
This does not affect your legal right to return within the allowed period, but it does mean exchanges may be subject to availability.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with European standards.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Under EU law, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee. We will offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate.
6. Fit & Comfort Assurance
Our garments are designed with the European market fit in mind and made using skin-friendly natural fibres (cotton, bamboo, linen) to ensure comfort and ease.
