Our community market

Kigamboni fish market in Dar es Salaam is filled with vibrancy, joy and movement. We couldn't find a better place to capture the spirit of our brand than here...where our mothers and fathers are earning their living, thanks to the Indian Ocean that is a stone's throw away from the vibrant market.

When you go outside the fish market, tuk-tuks are awaiting their turn to pick customers while other vendors continue with their businesses.

Us working

It has been a long day, but Mama Salma's smile (behind me), reassures me that we are doing something right. Sharing the beauty of African creativity with the world in a way the feeds our community.

Mama Salma is one of the team members in Tanzania, that contributes GREATLY to our work. (She thoroughly insisted that I share her pictures working and I obliged 😊)
